Shoepeg Corn Salad

Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel yellow corn drained
- 1 can white shoepeg whole kernel corn drained
- 12 c chopped bell pepper
- 12 c chopped celery
- 4 c chopped green onions or 1 white
- 1 small jar pimentos drained
- 14 c white vinegar plus 1 tsp
- 12 c sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 34 c Wesson oil less 1 tsp
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and let set in refrigerator overnight Drain before serving
