ShoneyS Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 3 Tbsp cornstarch
• 2 Tbsp strawberry jello
• 1 pt ripe strawberries
• 1 c boiling water
• 12 tsp salt
• red food coloring

Directions

1. Combine the sugar boiling water salt and cornstarch in a saucepan
2. Cook until thick stirring constantly
3. Remove from heat stir in 2 tablespoons jello and a few drops food coloring Cool thoroughly
