ShoneyS Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 1 c water
• 3 Tbsp cornstarch
• 3 Tbsp strawberry Jell-O
• strawberries
• baked pie shell
• whipped cream

Directions

1. Boil sugar water and Jell-O for 1 minute
2. Cool
3. Have baked pie shell
4. Place strawberries in shell
5. Pour the mixture over the strawberries
6. Refrigerate to set
7. Before serving cover with whipped cream
