Shoo-Fly

Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 2 c. molasses
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 2 tsp. baking soda
Directions
- Mix flour, brown sugar and butter to crumbs.
- Keep 1 cup crumbs aside.
- Add boiling water, molasses, eggs, hot water and baking soda.
- Mix all together with mixer.
- Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.
- Makes two 9-inch pies.
