Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients

• 14 lb butter
• 4 Tbsp confectioners sugar
• 1 c flour
• 1 tsp vanilla
• dash of salt
• 1 c finely chopped nuts

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar
2. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well
3. Form into small balls
4. Bake on ungreased sheet at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes
5. Cool until barely warm
6. Shake in a bag of confectioners sugar
