Shortcake

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 12 c milk
• 1 Tbsp soft butter
• 1 egg
• 2 c flour
• 2 tsp baking powder

Directions

1. Mix well and pour in greased 9-inch round pan
2. Bake for 60 minutes at 375
3. Serve with strawberries
