Shortcake

Ingredients

• 1 c flour
• 1 12 tsp baking powder
• 1 12 Tbsp sugar
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 egg
• 14 c shortening

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients in bowl
2. Cut in shortening
3. Add egg and milk and mix
4. Spoon mounds on cookie sheet
5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes on greased cookie sheet
