Shortcut Manicotti
Ingredients
- 12 lb lean ground beef
- 12 16 oz can 1 c refried beans
- 1 tsp dried oregano crushed
- 12 tsp ground cumin
- 8 manicotti shells
- 1 8 oz can picante sauce or taco sauce
- 1 8 oz carton dairy sour cream
- 14 c finely chopped green onion
- 14 c sliced pitted black olives
- 12 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese 4 oz
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients mix well
- Spoon into uncooked manicotti shells
- Arrange in 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish Combine picante sauce and 12 cup water pour over manicotti
