Shredded Carrot And Egg Salad

Ingredients
- 2 c finely shredded carrot
- 2 tsp grated onion
- 2 hard-cooked eggs chopped
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c salad dressing
Directions
- In a medium bowl combine carrot onion eggs and salt
- Add salad dressing
- Toss to combine
- Refrigerate about 2 hours to allow flavors to blend
- Yields 4 servings
