Shrimp-Corn Chowder Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz can shrimp
  • 1 c thinly sliced onions
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 c diced cooked potatoes
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 12 c milk
  • 34 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

  1. Cook onions with butter until tender
  2. Add rest of the ingredients and heat to boiling
  3. Put pat of butter or oleo in each bowl and fill with chowder
  4. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika
