Shrimp And Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked small cocktail shrimp
  • 3 8 oz cans quartered artichoke hearts in water
  • 12 c bread crumbs
  • 2 c mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp black pepper
  • 2 c Parmesan cheese grated

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients until well-blended
  2. Place into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish
  3. Bake at 350 for 15 to 18 minutes until dip begins to brown around edges
  4. Serve with assorted crackers
