Shrimp And Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked small cocktail shrimp
- 3 8 oz cans quartered artichoke hearts in water
- 12 c bread crumbs
- 2 c mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp black pepper
- 2 c Parmesan cheese grated
Directions
- Mix all ingredients until well-blended
- Place into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish
- Bake at 350 for 15 to 18 minutes until dip begins to brown around edges
- Serve with assorted crackers
