Shrimp And Green Noodles
Ingredients
- 12 8 oz pkg spinach noodles
- 2 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c dairy sour cream
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 12 tsp Dijon style mustard
- 1 Tbsp chopped chives
- 4 Tbsp dry sherry
- 12 c sharp Cheddar cheese grated
Directions
- Cook noodles as directed on package
- Line a casserole with noodles and make into a nest
- In a large frying pan saute the shrimp in 12 cup clarified butter until pink and tender about 5 minutes
- Cover noodles with shrimp
- Combine soup sour cream mayonnaise and chives add mustard and sherry
- Pour sauce over shrimp and sprinkle Cheddar cheese over all
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until
- cheese has melted and bubbly
- Serves 6
