Shrimp And Peas With Linguine
Ingredients
- 1 to 1 12 lb shrimp
- 12 c chopped onion
- 12 c green pepper chopped
- 10 oz pkg frozen peas
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 32 oz jar plain spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb linguine
- 12 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
- Clean shrimp
- Chop onion and pepper
- Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat
- Add peas onion and pepper
- Cook 5 minutes stirring frequently
- Stir in sauce shrimp and pepper flakes and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat to medium-low
- Cover and simmer 15 minutes
- Boil linguine until firm to the bite
- Drain and transfer to a pasta bowl
- Spoon sauce over pasta
- Toss to coat well and serve
- Serves 4 to 6
