Shrimp And Peas With Linguine

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 12 lb shrimp
  • 12 c chopped onion
  • 12 c green pepper chopped
  • 10 oz pkg frozen peas
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 32 oz jar plain spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb linguine
  • 12 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Clean shrimp
  2. Chop onion and pepper
  3. Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat
  4. Add peas onion and pepper
  5. Cook 5 minutes stirring frequently
  6. Stir in sauce shrimp and pepper flakes and bring to a boil
  7. Reduce heat to medium-low
  8. Cover and simmer 15 minutes
  9. Boil linguine until firm to the bite
  10. Drain and transfer to a pasta bowl
  11. Spoon sauce over pasta
  12. Toss to coat well and serve
  13. Serves 4 to 6
