Shrimp And Pepper Pasta
Ingredients
- 2 medium onions cut into thin wedges
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb medium size shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 medium red pepper
- 1 medium green pepper cut into thin strips
- 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 12 c Pace picante sauce
- 1 12 Tbsp basil
- 12 tsp oregano
- 12 lb cooked linguine
Directions
- Cook onion and garlic in oil in large skillet or wok until onion is tender but not brown
- Add shrimp and peppers cook about 4 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through stirring constantly
- Add tomatoes picante sauce basil and oregano heat through
- Toss with linguine
- Serve with additional picante sauce
