Shrimp And Rice
Ingredients
- 2 c milk
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 12 stick butter
- 34 c diced celery
- 14 c diced green pepper optional
- 1 Tbsp dry mustard
- 1 lb cooked shrimp
- 3 c hot cooked rice
- grated cheese
Directions
- Make cream sauce with first 3 ingredients adjust liquid to make medium thin sauce
- Saute celery and pepper
- Combine all ingredients except cheese
- Sprinkle cheese over top
- Bake at 350 until hot
