Shrimp And Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb cooked shrimp
- 34 c uncooked rice
- 12 large onion
- 1 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 can mushroom soup
- dash of garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12 c sour cream
- 34 c grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 12 bell pepper cut in rings
Directions
- Cover cooked and peeled shrimp with sliced onions and sauteed mushrooms
- Place in shallow dish and cover with Italian dressing for at least 24 hours
