Shrimp And Scallop Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw cleaned shrimp
  • 12 lb raw cleaned bay scallops
  • 12 c soy sauce
  • 14 lb butter
  • 1 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 6 cloves garlic crushed
  • 12 lb fresh mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 1 can water chestnuts sliced
  • 12 can bean sprouts

Directions

  1. Marinate seafood in soy sauce 15 minutes While seafood is marinating melt butter in saucepan Add parsley and crushed garlic Remove seafood from sauce
  2. Place in a shallow casserole or baking dish Top with mushrooms water chestnuts and bean sprouts
  3. Pour butter mixture on top
  4. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes
  5. Test shrimp for doneness
