Shrimp And Scallop Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb raw cleaned shrimp
- 12 lb raw cleaned bay scallops
- 12 c soy sauce
- 14 lb butter
- 1 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 6 cloves garlic crushed
- 12 lb fresh mushrooms thinly sliced
- 1 can water chestnuts sliced
- 12 can bean sprouts
Directions
- Marinate seafood in soy sauce 15 minutes While seafood is marinating melt butter in saucepan Add parsley and crushed garlic Remove seafood from sauce
- Place in a shallow casserole or baking dish Top with mushrooms water chestnuts and bean sprouts
- Pour butter mixture on top
- Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes
- Test shrimp for doneness
