Shrimp Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 small pkg popcorn shrimp
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c instant rice uncooked
- 2 Tbsp melted margarine
- 1 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 c onion chopped
- 12 c green pepper diced
- 10 oz pkg Longhorn cheese shredded
Directions
- Cook rice thaw shrimp and melt margarine
- Mix all ingredients
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly Fits nicely into 1-quart casserole
