Shrimp Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg popcorn shrimp
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c instant rice uncooked
  • 2 Tbsp melted margarine
  • 1 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 c onion chopped
  • 12 c green pepper diced
  • 10 oz pkg Longhorn cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Cook rice thaw shrimp and melt margarine
  2. Mix all ingredients
  3. Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly Fits nicely into 1-quart casserole
