Shrimp Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boiled shrimp
  • 1 6 12 oz box wild rice cooked
  • 12 c margarine
  • 1 large bell pepper chopped
  • 12 large onion chopped fine
  • 1 6 oz can water chestnuts drained and sliced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 drops hot pepper sauce
  • 2 10 34 oz cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can water

Directions

  1. In margarine saute bell pepper onion Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce
  2. Add soup and water
  3. Blend shrimp and wild rice into soup mixture
  4. Add water chestnuts
  5. Put in large ovenproof casserole dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes
