Shrimp Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lb cooked and peeled shrimp
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 14 c diced green pepper
- 14 c minced onion
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 c condensed cream of tomato soup
- 34 c uncooked rice
- 3 Tbsp sherry
- 1 c heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- dash of cayenne
- 18 tsp mace
- 12 c almonds
- 1 tsp sage
- dash of pepper
Directions
- Combine shrimp with oil and lemon
- Chill until crisp
- Stir often
- Saute green pepper and onion in butter
- Drain shrimp lightly
- Add all ingredients except almonds
- Pour into 2-quart greased casserole
- Sprinkle with almonds
- Cover and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350
