Shrimp Cheese Turnovers
Ingredients
- 12 c butter or margarine
- 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese cut up
- 1 c all-purpose flour
- 12 c cheese spread with pimento
- 1 6 oz pkg frozen cooked tiny shrimp thawed
Directions
- Cut butter and cream cheese into flour until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
- Work with hands to form ball
- Cover and chill 1 hour
- On floured surface roll half into 11-inch circle
- Cut into rounds with 2-inch floured cutter
- Spread each round with about 12 teaspoon of cheese spread
- Top with a few shrimp
- Fold in half and seal
