Shrimp Cheese Turnovers

Ingredients

  • 12 c butter or margarine
  • 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese cut up
  • 1 c all-purpose flour
  • 12 c cheese spread with pimento
  • 1 6 oz pkg frozen cooked tiny shrimp thawed

Directions

  1. Cut butter and cream cheese into flour until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
  2. Work with hands to form ball
  3. Cover and chill 1 hour
  4. On floured surface roll half into 11-inch circle
  5. Cut into rounds with 2-inch floured cutter
  6. Spread each round with about 12 teaspoon of cheese spread
  7. Top with a few shrimp
  8. Fold in half and seal
