Shrimp Chip Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 4-12 oz can of shrimp drained well on paper towel
  • 14 c chili sauce
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 18 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp prepared horseradish
  • dash of hot sauce
  • 1 16 oz carton sour cream

Directions

  1. Chop up drained shrimp into small pieces Set aside
  2. In a medium size bowl blend together all remaining ingredients and fold in sour cream
  3. Add the shrimp cover and chill
  4. Serve with your favorite chips
  5. Makes 2 cups
