Shrimp Creole Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 can shrimp cleaned
  • 1 c cooked rice
  • 12 c heavy cream
  • 14 c tomato sauce or canned tomato soup
  • 14 tsp celery salt
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp onion juice or finely minced onion
  • buttered crumbs optional

Directions

  1. Melt butter add shrimp and simmer 3 minutes
  2. Add rice cream tomato sauce and seasoning
  3. Heat to boiling
  4. Place in greased casserole
  5. Let stand a while before baking to improve flavor
  6. A few buttered crumbs may be placed on the top
  7. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
  8. Serves 4
