Shrimp Curry
Ingredients
- 12 tsp curry powder
- 1 c Kraft mayonnaise
- 23 c evaporated milk
- 1 12 c cooked shrimp
- 2 Tbsp chopped green peppers
- 2 Tbsp pimento
- 1 c chopped onion
Directions
- Blend curry powder into Kraft mayonnaise
- Gradually blend in the evaporated milk
- Add the rest of the ingredients
- Heat stirring occasionally
- Serve over hot cooked rice
- Serves 4
