Shrimp De Tonghe

Ingredients

  • 12 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 c dry bread crumbs
  • 13 c minced parsley
  • 12 c dry sherry
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • dash of paprika
  • 2 lb large shrimp

Directions

  1. Cream together butter salt and garlic
  2. Mix in bread crumbs parsley sherry pepper and paprika
  3. Peel and devein shrimp Toss into simmering water and cook just a few minutes only until they turn pink
  4. Rinse with cool water and drain
