Shrimp Fra Diabloover Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 1 qt crushed tomatoes or 1 lb can
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 1 bayleaf
- 1 Tbsp hot peppers
- 14 c olive oil
- dash parsley
- 12 c sherry wine
- 1 lb shrimp
- oil to cover pan
Directions
- Saute garlic onion and 12 tsp hot peppers in olive oil When clear add tomatoes bay leaf parsley and sherry
- Simmer for 20 minutes
- In another pan cook shrimp with rest of hot peppers until pink dont overcook
- Pour tomato mixture from above over shrimp
- Simmer for 5 minutes Serve over cooked spaghetti
