Shrimp In The Pink
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive or vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp margarine
- 14 tsp garlic powder with parsley
- 1 lb medium shrimp uncooked cleaned
- 1 34 c water
- 12 c milk
- 1 pkg Lipton noodles and sauce alfredo
- 14 c chopped green onion
Directions
- In large skillet heat oil margarine and garlic powder and cook shrimp over medium-high heat stirring constantly until shrimp turns pink
- Remove and set aside
- Add water and milk bring to boiling
- Stir in noodles and sauce reduce heat and simmer stirring occasionally 8 minutes or until noodles are tender
- Stir in shrimp and green onions
- Heat through
- Makes about 2 servings
