Shrimp In The Pink

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp margarine
  • 14 tsp garlic powder with parsley
  • 1 lb medium shrimp uncooked cleaned
  • 1 34 c water
  • 12 c milk
  • 1 pkg Lipton noodles and sauce alfredo
  • 14 c chopped green onion

Directions

  1. In large skillet heat oil margarine and garlic powder and cook shrimp over medium-high heat stirring constantly until shrimp turns pink
  2. Remove and set aside
  3. Add water and milk bring to boiling
  4. Stir in noodles and sauce reduce heat and simmer stirring occasionally 8 minutes or until noodles are tender
  5. Stir in shrimp and green onions
  6. Heat through
  7. Makes about 2 servings
