Shrimp In Wine Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 c butter
- 1 c flour
- 1 qt milk
- 1 c Sauterne wine
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire
- 4 dashes Tabasco
- 8 Tbsp limequat juice
- 5 c Cheddar cheese shredded
- 8 c boiled shrimp
Directions
- Make a sauce of first 3 ingredients
- Add all other ingredients except last two
- When mixture is thickened add cheese and stir until cheese is melted
- Before serving add shrimp and heat through
- Serves 24
