Shrimp Linguine

Shrimp Linguine

Ingredients

  • 1 lb medium shrimp shelled and deveined
  • 12 c dry white wine
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 12 lb fresh snow peas
  • 6 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 34 tsp basil leaves
  • 12 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 12 1 lb pkg linguine uncooked

Directions

  1. In large skillet combine shrimp wine lemon juice and lime juice
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Reduce heat simmer covered 3 minutes Add remaining ingredients except linguine
  4. Cook stirring constantly just until snow peas are tender and shrimp is opaque about 5 minutes
  5. Prepare linguine as package directs
  6. Remove bay leaf from shrimp mixture
  7. Combine shrimp mixture and hot cooked linguine toss to coat
  8. Refrigerate leftovers
