Shrimp Maska

Ingredients

  • 2 lb shrimp unpeeled headless
  • 2 oz olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 6 buds garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp rosemary crushed
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 oz cooking sherry or wine

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in pan
  2. Add shrimp and spices
  3. Saute for 20 to 30 minutes
  4. Add wine and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes
  5. Serve hot with French bread
