Shrimp Maska

Ingredients
- 2 lb shrimp unpeeled headless
- 2 oz olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 6 buds garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp rosemary crushed
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 oz cooking sherry or wine
Directions
- Heat olive oil in pan
- Add shrimp and spices
- Saute for 20 to 30 minutes
- Add wine and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes
- Serve hot with French bread
