Shrimp Mold
Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked shrimp seasoned with 12 tsp liquid crab boil salt and pepper
- 12 lb crab meat
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 12 envelopes Knox gelatine dissolved in 12 c warm water
- 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 12 c celery 12 c green onion and 12 c bell pepper blended in a food processor
- 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Heat soup
- Add dissolved gelatine while stirring constantly Mash the cream cheese and add soup mixture
- Add mayonnaise and mix Add shrimp and crab meat then other ingredients
- Mix well with a mixer
- Pour into a greased mold and chill
