Shrimp Over Rice
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 12 sticks butter
- 14 c chopped scallions
- 34 tsp salt
- 12 tsp minced garlic
- 12 tsp cayenne pepper
- 12 tsp black pepper
- 14 tsp basil
- 14 tsp thyme
- 12 tsp oregano
- 12 lb sliced mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 6 Tbsp chicken broth
- rice
Directions
- Melt 1 stick butter
- Add scallions salt garlic peppers basil thyme and oregano Stir
- Add shrimp
- Cook until pink Add mushrooms and chicken broth 14 cup
- Add remaining butter in chunks
- Add parsley and 2 tablespoons broth to thicken
- Pour over rice
