Shrimp Pasta CasseroleServes 6 To 8 Doubled 8 To 10
Ingredients
- 1 14 c spaghetti broken into two pieces
- 2 c cooked shrimp
- 14 c diced pimientos
- 14 c chopped green pepper
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 can mushroom soup undiluted
- 12 c water
- 12 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 34 c grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Cook spaghetti drain
- Place with remaining ingredients except 12 cup cheese in 1 12-quart casserole
- Toss lightly with 2 forks to mix well
- Top with remaining cheese
- Bake at 350 until bubbly
- If made ahead and chilled takes about 45 to 60 minutes to heat
