Shrimp Peas And Rice

Ingredients
- 1 10 oz pkg black-eyed peas
- 4 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 12 c thinly sliced carrots
- 12 c chopped onions
- 12 c mushrooms fresh sliced
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic minced
- 12 tsp dried thyme crushed
- 12 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 lb small shrimp
- 1 12 c hot cooked rice
- salt and pepper to taste
- sliced green onions
Directions
- Add rice and black-eyed peas
- Combine with shrimp mixture Season with salt and pepper
- Serve with green onions
