Shrimp Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3 oz lemon jello
- 1 c cottage cheese small curd
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 small green pepper
- 34 c onion
- 2 c celery
- 1 can small shrimp
Directions
- Heat tomato soup
- Add lemon jello
- Beat cottage cheese until smaller consistency
- Add vinegar and mayonnaise to cottage cheese
- Chop onion and celery into small pieces
- Add the cottage cheese vegetable and shrimp to soup
- Pour into serving dish
