Shrimp Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 1 small carrot
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 clove garlic cut finely
- parsley cut finely
- Italian grated cheese
- 1 c canned tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 lb shrimp cleaned and deveined
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Cut onion celery and carrots finely
- Fry in oil until lightly brown
- Add small amount of grated cheese garlic and parsley
- Add clean shrimp tomatoes tomato paste and 12 cup water
- Cook until done
- Use more water if needed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Serve over spaghetti
