Shrimp Soup

Ingredients
- boiled shrimp (whatever amount desired)
- 1/2 c. shrimp water (optional)
- 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese (more or less to your taste)
- butter
- 1 onion, diced
- bell pepper (desired amount)
- celery, chopped (desired amount)
Directions
- Saute in butter the onion, bell pepper and celery.
- Add all ingredients together and cook until cheese melts.
- Serve over rice.
