Shrimp Topping For Fish

Ingredients
- 12 lb peeled deveined shrimp
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 14 c each chopped onion pepper and celery
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 34 c hot water
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon
- 14 tsp seasoned salt
- 14 tsp white wine
- 14 tsp paprika
- 12 tsp hot sauce
Directions
- Combine 2 tablespoons oil and flour with whisk in small skillet cook over medium heat stirring constantly until light brown
- Set aside
