Shrimp Wiggle

Ingredients

  • 2 cans shrimp drained
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 16 oz can tomatoes save some of the juice
  • 2 c heavy cream
  • 1 c cooked rice

Directions

  1. Cook in a double boiler about 2 or 3 hours until thick and shrimp fall apart
  2. This is a double recipe and may be cut in half if desired
  3. Good on toast or on saltine crackers
  4. Serves 4 to 6
