Shrimply Delicious Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower cooked flowerets
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 12 c sour cream
- 14 c toasted almonds
- parsley
Directions
- Cook cauliflower in salted water until tender
- Drain
- Heat soup stir in sour cream
- Do not boil
- Season to taste
- Place flowerets in dish pour on sauce
- Sprinkle with almonds and parsley
- Serves 6 to 8
