Sicilian Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- 16 oz Philly cream cheese
- 10 oz sharp Cheddar cheese spread
- 5 oz blue cheese spread
- 3 Tbsp wine vinegar
- dash of salt
- dash of garlic powder
- 1 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Allow cheese to soften at room temperature
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth except nuts
- Chill for 2 hours
- Shape into a ball and roll in chopped nuts
- Refrigerate
