Simple Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 34 c sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• graham cracker pie crust prepared or homemade
• 1 can prepared pie filling for topping

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl
2. Mix thoroughly until smooth
3. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust and bake in a 350 oven for about 1 hour
4. Top with a can of your favorite prepared pie filling
