Simple Salmon Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion grated
  • 1 17 oz can salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 14 c dry seasoned bread crumbs
  • vegetable oil for frying

Directions

  1. Drain salmon and flake into bowl stir in onion egg and bread crumbs
  2. Mix
  3. Form into 12 inch thick patties fry in a little oil until crisp and golden on both sides
  4. Turn only once while frying
  5. Serve with lemon
