Simple Shortbread Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 12 c flour
- 12 c sugar
- 12 lb butter 2 sticks softened
Directions
- Mix all ingredients
- Roll out on floured board 14 to 12-inch thick
- Cut into desired shapes and arrange on ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake at 325 for 10 to 15 minutes
- When cool sprinkle with powdered sugar
