Simple Strawberry Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c all-purpose flour
• 12 tsp soda
• 12 tsp salt
• 3 eggs
• 1 c vegetable oil
• 1 c sugar
• 1 3 oz pkg strawberry gelatin
• 12 c buttermilk
• 1 10 oz pkg frozen strawberries thawed
• 14 c butter or margarine softened
• 1 lb confectioners sugar
• 13 to 12 c strawberry juice

Directions

1. Combine butter or margarine and confectioners sugar add strawberry juice until desired spreading consistency
2. Beat until creamy
