Sitting Pretty Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c flour
• 14 tsp salt
• 12 c butter
• 14 c brown sugar
• 12 tsp vanilla
• 1 egg yolk save white
• chopped nuts
• 1 can sour cream frosting
• peanut MMs

Directions

1. Sift together flour and salt set aside
2. Mix together the butter sugar vanilla and egg yolk
3. Add slowly to flour mixture Roll into small balls dip into egg white
4. Roll into chopped nuts
5. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes
6. Remove and make thumbprint in center of each cookie
7. Put back in oven for 5 to 7 minutes longer
8. Let cool completely then fill each hole with sour cream frosting
9. Garnish by placing 1 peanut MM in center of frosting
