Ingredients

  • 3 12 c Raisin Bran cereal
  • 2 12 c flour
  • 1 12 c sugar
  • 2 12 Tbsp baking soda
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 2 c buttermilk
  • 12 c regular shortening or unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs

Directions

  1. In large bowl mix cereal flour sugar soda and salt
  2. Beat in the buttermilk shortening and eggs until just mixed
  3. Pour in storage container
  4. Cover and refrigerate several hours or up to 6 weeks
