Six Week Bran Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz box Raisin Bran flakes add more raisins
- 5 c flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 c vegetable oil
- 4 eggs beaten
- large dash cinnamon
- 3 c sugar
- 5 tsp soda
- 1 qt buttermilk
Directions
- In large bowl mix cereal sugar flour soda salt and cinnamon
- Add eggs oil and buttermilk
- Mix well
- Store in jars in refrigerator
- Grease tins and fill 23 full
- Bake at 400 for 12 to 15 minutes
