Six Week Bran Muffins

Ingredients
- 3 12 c Raisin Bran cereal
- 2 12 c flour
- 1 12 c sugar
- 2 12 Tbsp baking soda
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 2 c buttermilk
- 12 c regular shortening or unsalted butter melted
- 2 large eggs
Directions
- In large bowl mix cereal flour sugar soda and salt
- Beat in the buttermilk shortening and eggs until just mixed
- Pour in storage container
- Cover and refrigerate several hours or up to 6 weeks
