Six Week Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz box Raisin Bran
  • 5 c flour
  • 3 c sugar
  • 5 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 qt buttermilk
  • 1 c vegetable oil
  • 4 beaten eggs

Directions

  1. Mix together all dry ingredients
  2. Add other ingredients mix thoroughly and store in covered bowl in refrigerator
  3. Do not mix second time
  4. Fill muffin cups and bake at 400 for 20 minutes May add any fruit variation
  5. Will keep well in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks
