Six Week Raisin Bran Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 box bran
- 2 c boiling water
- 4 eggs
- 1 qt buttermilk
- 1 c salad oil
- 2 c sugar
- 5 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 c all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- raisins or dates
- 1 c molasses
Directions
- Pour 2 cups
- hot water over bran and let it stand while mixing muffins Mix

- Addwet ingredients to dry ingredients
- Add soaked bran and mix well Store in
- refrigerator
