Skallops Parmesan

Ingredients
- 2 cans vegetarian Skallops
- 14 c dried bread crumbs
- 1 large jar favorite spaghetti sauce
- 14 c Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 egg well beaten
- 12 lb Mozzarella cheese grated
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Combine bread crumbs and 14 cup Parmesan cheese
- Dip each piece of gluten into eggs then bread crumbs and brown in hot oil until golden brown
- Layer in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish
- gluten tomato sauce Mozzarella cheese
- Top with sauce and 14 cup Parmesan cheese
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
