Skallops Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 2 cans vegetarian Skallops
  • 14 c dried bread crumbs
  • 1 large jar favorite spaghetti sauce
  • 14 c Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 egg well beaten
  • 12 lb Mozzarella cheese grated
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. Combine bread crumbs and 14 cup Parmesan cheese
  2. Dip each piece of gluten into eggs then bread crumbs and brown in hot oil until golden brown
  3. Layer in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish
  4. gluten tomato sauce Mozzarella cheese
  5. Top with sauce and 14 cup Parmesan cheese
  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
