Skillet-Creamed Potatoes

Ingredients

• 6 medium potatoes cooked and drained
• 2 c sour cream
• 14 c onion chopped
• 2 Tbsp pimiento-stuffed olives chopped
• 1 tsp salt
• 12 tsp pepper
• paprika
• snipped parsley

Directions

1. Cut potatoes into 12-inch cubes
2. Add sour cream onion chopped olives salt and pepper into large pan
3. Add potatoes heat stirring frequently until the cream bubbles and potatoes are heated through
4. Garnish with paprika and parsley
