Skillet Beans

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 12 green bell pepper chopped
- 2 cloves garlic pressed
- 1 16 oz can pinto beans undrained
- 1 15 oz can black beans undrained
- 14 c steak sauce
- 12 tsp pepper
- 1 75 oz can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 tbsp butter melted
Directions
- Cook first 4 ingredients in a 10-inch oven safe skillet over medium-high heat stirring until meat crumbles drain Stir in beans steak sauce and pepper
- Bring to a boil over medium heat Cut biscuits in half and arrange on meat mixture Cover reduce heat and simmer 12-15 minutes
- Brush biscuits with butter and broil 4 inches from heat with oven door partially open 2 minutes or until browned Serve immediately
