Skillet Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef chicken or turkey
  • 12 c chopped onions
  • 1 10 12 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 10 oz can enchilada sauce
  • 13 c milk
  • 2 Tbsp seeded chopped canned green chillies or 1 can diced green chillies
  • 8 tortillas
  • cooking oil
  • 2 12 c shredded sharp cheese
  • 12 c chopped pitted olives

Directions

  1. In a 10-inch skillet brown meat and onion drain any excess fat electric skillet at 350
  2. Stir in soup enchilada sauce milk and chillies
  3. Reduce heat to 220
  4. Cover and cook 20 minutes stirring occasionally
