Skillet Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
- 4 c sugar
- 1 c evaporated milk
- 1 12 oz jar peanut butter 2 c
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 c miniature marshmallows
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- In an electric skillet combine sugar butter and milk
- Set the heat control at 280
- Bring to full boil and boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly
- Turn off heat
- Add marshmallows peanut butter and vanilla
- Stir until melted
- Cool
- Cut into squares
- Makes 2 pounds
