Skillet Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 4 c sugar
  • 1 c evaporated milk
  • 1 12 oz jar peanut butter 2 c
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 c miniature marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. In an electric skillet combine sugar butter and milk
  2. Set the heat control at 280
  3. Bring to full boil and boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly
  4. Turn off heat
  5. Add marshmallows peanut butter and vanilla
  6. Stir until melted
  7. Cool
  8. Cut into squares
  9. Makes 2 pounds
